I take one in the morning to kick start my day and one around 3pm during my afternoon slump. I wanted to get off drinking coffee and sodas for caffeine and just really up my water intake but needed the energy. These capsules have done this for me. I’m drinking twice as much water and don’t need any other beverage to keep me going. It’s also a HUGE mood booster! I can focus better and can get things done. My workouts have increased due to more healthy energy. I’ve never gotten jitters. Love this!!!

I take this product along with CoQ10 with pqq.Plenty of energy and not the yucky kind of I wouldn't take it!Mitochondria is fed.

I wish they had caffeine in it and more other fat burner ingredients so I can feel the burn yeah 😅

This supplement caused me nausea for a full day. I have taken other green tea extract supplements and was fine. Very disappointed

I have joint issues. Green tea is said too help. To me combined with other supplements they help.
