Does the notebook come with box? I am giving this as a gift.

Its like a thin white cardboard box . But not like a fancy Mont Blanc box.

Is the liner notebook college ruled or wide?? It looks wider than the grid notebook.

It is college ruled and the leather is gorgeous!

Does the notebook come in original box?

Not sure what your expectations are. The notebooks came from the distributor in a folded cardboard "sleeve". The notebooks are covered on all sides. I think we still have more at our warehouse. I can send you pics during the work week if you reach out to me directly. Hope this helps
