Appears used not new as advertised
Working replacement part. Was advertised as “NEW” but appears scratched and used. The replacement relay fixed my A/C and cost less than what dealer is charging for a new relay. I will keep the part but would appreciate an honest disclaimer.

AC was acting all possessed by the devil. Now it's all good.

Product is USED
This product is listed as new, but is clearly used. It was discolored and slightly scuffed. I gave 2 stars because it did fix my AC in my 2002 Camry, but I probably just got lucky and received a used one that works.

It worked but clearly it was not new as advertised. Far to much to pay for a used part.

Skip this one - Salvaged and Defective Component!
The component I received is obviously used/salvaged. The photo I uploaded says it all. Still, I was willing to try it out since I needed it. It didn't fix the problem and I had to go to the auto shop for further testing. The shop verified that the relay was bad and sold me a new one for a little more than the cost of this component.Be cautious when buying from TruBuilt1 Automotive - or better yet, go somewhere else!
