These weren't cheap, but they are very solid and sturdy totes. A good size for moving lots of heavy smalls into storage. I've ordered them several times now. I like that I can reliably get more totes exactly like the ones I already have so that stack-ability is never an issue. Incidentally, I have these stacked 4-high with some of them being pretty heavy, with no issues at all.

Great product. Needed something smaller so it was easy to move around as im getting old and decrepit. The size is great. The material they are made from is pretty good for the price. This is my 2nd set. Probably gonna be a 3rd set soon. I really like them. Performance is very good so far. Thought I was missing a side lock for the lid and emailed them. They were closed but I got a computer generated message saying they received it an they would get back to me ASAP. As I was taking the box out the part came out. Must have been stuck on something. Before the company opened i emailed them back saying I found it. Haven't heard from them but don't expect to. Dealing with these folks seems like they care about their customers as a lot of companies like to ignore problems. It was very easy to find the info to contact them.

I recently purchased these bins, expecting durable, heavy-duty storage solutions. However, upon receiving my order, I was extremely disappointed to find that some of the bins were completely shattered and broken into pieces—making them entirely unusable. Given that these are marketed as “rugged” and “sturdy,” this level of damage was unacceptable. I immediately reached out to IRIS USA’s customer service, providing photos of the damaged bins and requesting a resolution. Despite my efforts, I have yet to receive any response from them for some reasons. A company’s commitment to quality doesn’t end with the sale—it should extend to customer support as well, especially when their product arrives defective. If you're looking for reliable, durable storage bins, I would advise caution before purchasing these. Not only was the quality disappointing, but the lack of response from the manufacturer only made the experience worse. I had high expectations, but unfortunately, this purchase did not meet them. Would not recommend at all.

Purchased these totes because I was tired of searching through tool bags while the tops flopped around in my way. I had looked at comparable tool storage bins at some of the big box stores, but their bins were pricier or too deep. These bins are the perfect depth, feel just as durable, latch securely, stack well, easy to label, easy to clean, and perfectly fit my needs for storing hand tools. No more floppy dirty tool bags.

These tubs are awesome! I wanted some that locked, because we tie them down on our hitch platform while we travel, so having the locking capabilities is perfect for us. They are also roomy enough for a ton of items, yet small enough for one person to handle. The only thing I can think of that might be concerning is when you do load them up, the handles feel just little on the inadequate side. Other than the insecurity of the handles, these are pretty darn sturdy totes. They showed up in perfect condition and I had fun organizing and labeling them for all our camping supplies! I even ordered another set for stuff outside of my camping supplies! These are perfect! Look no farther!

These are the absolute best for the price. Stacks nice, strong shell, sold yo move.

Box look and style are great, but the handles come loose very easily and break quickly. Half the lid handles were broken within a couple of weeks. I had to reattach the lid handles dozens of times because they kept coming off. Very disappointing.

Locking is simple plastic loop on outside of lid and bin that match. NOT SECURE beyond casual deterrence. Simple twist with some strength would break loopsUnits SMELL VERY STRONGLY of chemicals/ plasticizers, not sure how long it will be before i dare store anything that will pick up an odor inside. Could NOT store food stuffs or anything you don’t want to pick up an odor“Latches” are simple 1/4” plastic “pins” on flip latches that can be pried off without much difficulty. Stack in box of 6 but careless with loading at factory as 2 chipped ( 1 in each set of 6, one latch broken off when dropped into box for shipping ( wedged ABOVE bin it was from in stack when carton opened)Units are NOT in anyway sealed beyond plastic overlaps ( not really air tight, definitely NOT water tight beyond casual splashingNot if in any position except upright and not for ANY time of immersionLower end of quality in my opinionWould not have bought secondary set sight unseen
