Q: Will the work with an oven with a hidden element? Meaning, ovens where the bottom is sheet metal and the heat element is under it.

My own application is on an electric oven with the liner under the element. I also use a liner on the upper oven rack and cook things like frozen pizza directly on the liner. I believe they are rated to handle heat up to 450* without issues. I hope this helps.
