Good unit
Going on like 10 months now. Unit works great. We did a new pad, new electrical and new unit in a 1650 square ft mobile home. So far its been great! The only complaint I have is it was delivered with the damage shown, and I contacted the seller and they insured they would send a replacement panel... I never received the panel, but it does not affect the working of the unit.

Easy to install!
The best part is it comes pre-charged. You don't have to have a licensed HAVAC install this unit. It keeps our house nice and cold! I look forward to trying the heat when it gets cold outside. We love it. After pricing having a professional install a new unit, this was the perfect choice for us.

Excessive amount of oil in drip pan
So far the unit seems to be working well but please note it did come delivered with excessive amounts of oil in the drip pan and the company was not easy to work with or willing to make it right as to if it is a leak. Also you want to make sure you check it over completely before u sign for it because once you sign for it they wont do anything for you.
