Good quality supplement, but it unfortunately makes me sleepy and gives me headaches. When I take this during the day, I’m so drowsy that I just want to nap. I decided to start taking it at night, but I keep waking up with headaches, my head feeling full and feeling plain groggy. It takes me forever to wake up. I think I have an allergy to it because it feels exactly like pollen allergy symptoms! Ugh, I wanted to like this.
