This pillow worked well for me compared to others out there. I was actually able to sleep on the plane which I’ve never been able to do before. It has good support. It could have been a little smaller. The adjustable belt didnt get quite as tight as I needed it to and the pillow needed a lot of adjusting so that it didn’t swallow up my whole face. It would be nice if companies could make smaller sizes for petite people, there are quite a few of us out there! The washable cover is also a plus.

Works amazingly well for my daughter and me. It seemed low bead count on inner filling at first but I soon realized the loose filling makes it easier to wrap around the neck with beads pushed to both sides. We were able to sleep upright without dipping our head forward or fall sideways. I had aisle seat and was able to sleep 6 hrs straight on a 14-hour flight without neck pain. It didn’t make me feel hot and was able to use airplane provided headphones. Though I must admit, it does feel like wearing a neck bracket but softer. I like the adjustable buckle that makes the pillow stay in place.

This pillow is far too large and doesnt fit snuggly into my neck. I felt like I was being smothered a little bit. I am returning it.

The bag that carries this (wrapped up it becomes a hard ball) would take up way too much room in my backpack or carry on. Even with the strap pulled as tight as possible, my head fell forward easily. The sides hit my ears/glasses and felt too hard to be comfortable. Immediate return.

Not easy to pack, loses shape after awhile. Broke within 10 minutes of using it. Supports the neck but shifts easily and needs to be readjusted often

Best neck pillow I've ever bought. I have a long neck and often struggle with neck pillows either sliding out from between my head/neck or the neck pillow not providing enough support even at it's tightest/firmest setting. This product solves it all. You can make it as loose or tight as you want and you will have no problem sleeping. I flew from US to Japan (14 hrs) then Japan to Singapore (8 hrs) and then back in a week and I slept on every single flight. Before this trip, I tested the Ostrich pillow and many other generic pillows, as well as reading countless reviews for other neck pillows, and none of them even come close to this one. The travel bag, eye mask and ear phones were nice additions too.

Really impressed. Little metal cannister with ear plugs comes with it, but I plan to put my sleeping pills in it attached to the pillow. Comes with two pairs of ear plugs and a sleep mask. The adjustable strap makes it perfect and it stays in place, and it is very comfy. It is the best travel pillow I have bought. I just bought a second for my husband. Super soft fleecy material covering it, and a toggle carry case to keep it all in.

This pillow is great. You can use it around your neck the "normal" way but you can also use it as support in other shapes for other body parts.Plus you get a nice mask to block the light and high quality ear plugs in a cute small canister
