Great for spit shinning shoes--better than the cotton handkerchief I was using. I saw some low ratings for this cloth because it didn't do well on the user's jewelry. This cloth is specifically advertised as "chemical free" meaning no polishing compounds are impregnated into the cloth. For jewelry, I would buy a Selvyt cloth advertised as containing chemical polishing compounds, or rub some compound on the cloth. I'm very happy with results on my old pair of black shoes.

I always used cotton balls to spit shine my shoes, but no longer. This product does a much nicer job.

I used this to clean and polish a rose gold colored stainless steel watch and it did such a fantastic job at cleaning and polishing my watch! My watch literally looked like new after I used this to wipe oil from daily use. Unfortunately, I failed to take a before and after photo to show you guys the difference =( Nevertheless, trust me when I say this does the job!

Works well for silver polishing. Durable and thick. Machine washable, but will shrink.

I was under the impression that the cloths would have a mild abrasive within. Such is not the case, and they are just heavy-duty flannel cloths.

It's worth having one of these for drying off your sterling silver.I also recommend getting nitrile gloves to wear when polishing (doesn't mark) and c16 White Cotton Gloves 8.6" Large Size by PAXCOO for handling your silver. And of course best polish is Blitz 2-pack Silver Shine.
