Defective- New item received.
There is no place to plug the power cord in. The spot is hollow & there’s no way to connect the power cord to the diffuser.UPDATE:They sent a new one to make it right. Thank you.

What a disappointment
I was so excited to get this only to find out that it didn't do anything. Its nothing better then the defusers you buy in the store and pay $20 for. Yeah you can make it spray constantly and i did and it was nothing great. I ran it in our bedroom all night and could only smell it if i was right by it. No way does it cover 1500 ft. maybe 2.

Online app was not working but the machine is great.
The app wouldn't connect but the machine works fine. So, I would rate it higher if all worked.

Leaking
I have two of these. One has started leaking and has caused damage to the table it was sitting in. Is this common?
