Buttermilk that lasts
I am a kitchen chef that loves convenience of having things on hand when I need them. Having this buttermilk in the powdered form is an excellent way to do that. the quality is as good as a fresh quart from the store.

Everyone who cooks even a modest amount, and everyone on Weight Watchers, should keep powdered buttermilk in the pantry...and it is hard to find in stores. Was happy to get it through Amazon. Quick shipping was a plus, too.
