Returned the unit. It did nit wirk after I hooked it up. Camera did not pan and lights did not come on. Hope the replacement works.The second camera hooked up to the internet but did not pan around room. Did nit follow motion.

I kinda like this camera has it does take very good video, but, I installed a sd card and it still only records 10 seconds at a time without paying for there cloud service. For that reason I will be replacing for one that does not require a cloud service to operate. I do like the night vision and the tracking.

This is a mixed review because I generally like the hardware and video quality, but the software is not great. When you plug in the camera, it will do a homing routine where it moves to the extremes of its range. Then you can swivel nearly 360° around, and tilt well over 90°. It's super cool being able to move the camera remotely. It will record continuously or you can put it on "event" mode to only trigger when there is motion. That seems to work well for me. The picture quality is great. The videos are bright and clear even with dim indoor lighting. I set mine up in my basement to monitor my sump pump water level so I can check if my basement is going to flood while I'm out of town or something. So even in my basement with just a single 100W bulb overhead, the pictures look bright. I was surprised.So far so good. Now the bad. I can't retrieve my videos as easy as I want, or sometimes, I can't retrieve them at all. It's a combination of the software possibly being buggy and them crippling functionality to force you into a cloud subscription. I don't want a subscription, so I went with the SD card route. The product description says it supports 128GB cards, however when I received the camera, the directions say it only supports 64GB (see attached picture). I don't know which is correct, so I installed a 64GB SD card. Now when an event happens, it uploads a 6 second clip to the cloud, and if you want more, you need to subscribe. I think that's fair enough, I'm not complaining yet. But when I click on "show me the complete clip" on the SD card, it generally shows me the first or last video clip on the card, but never the clips in between. If I try to manually select those clips, it thinks for a awhile and often just rewinds to the first clip and starts playing it, or it will complain about a network issue. There are two different ways to get to clips (activity and alerts), and neither will play ALL the video clips that are recorded on the card. The Activity screen has a timeline that you can scroll through, but wherever you scroll to, it just rewinds to the beginning clip before playing. It is inexplicable, It has to be a bug. I suppose I could pull the card out if I really wanted more than 6 seconds of the clip, but that's ridiculous.So if you want to see what's on the camera right now, this is a fine monitor. It just doesn't let you view older clips on the SD card. If the software was better and just did what it ostensibly is supposed to do, it would be a great product. I'm hoping it improves with future software updates.

I used this camera to check on my 3D printer. Prints can easily take hours and things can go wrong. Do rather than popping one in a while I just need to take a quick look on my phone.I like that the app supports showing the video in s window so I can still see it when doing something else on my phone.Pan, time, and zoom functions work great and the picture is clearI had a little trouble getting it on my wi-fi, perhaps due to a to. I reset the camera and ran the setup again this time successfully.I would have liked to have on if support but that seems to be pretty uncommon.

This is an amazing camera. The picture quality is amazingly clear. We mounted it upside down for a full 180 view. The motion following is on point. It is easy to set up one the phone and has the capability to alert when motion is detected.

Great camera, comes with two way audio speaker, has a monthly plan or sd memory card slot. Overall I love this camera, personally 14 dollars a month is overpriced for my budget so i just use the memory card slot.Cons: has to be plugged in to use, uses a micro usb charging port. may have to buy a portable battery pack.

We used this indoor camera for watching when our kittens went to their litter box during the day to make sure both were going to it. The camera provides clear images even in dark area. It was really easy to install and set up. I can see them in their room easily and I like that there is a two-way speaker and microphone that works.
