Great supplement and easy packaging!
Great supplement with a wide array of benefits. Capsules are small and tasteless. I really like the Life Extension bottles- not twist off caps like most. Not a big deal to most, but when you take a lot of supplements the details matter!:)

Good quality
Life Extension is a great company who makes high quality vitamins and supplements. However, they are very expensive through their website, unless you become a member which is $75/year (less if you buy multiple years together). Amazon had a good price without the membership, so it was an easy decision to buy them. The soft gels are not a bad size. Not tiny - maybe about double the size of an Advil, or just a tad bit more than that. If you have trouble taking pills it may be too big for you, but if you're used to taking large vitamins they are not a problem at all. I don't feel any different - I'm not sure if you're supposed to. But they say especially if you're on cholesterol medicine you should take your CoQ10.

Great replacement when Statin medication reduces CoQ10
This is perfect to replace your CoQ 10 plus increase mitochondria cell function when you're older with health issues..I also use PQQ for this too.

Imposible saber el efecto positivo o negativo de este suplemento cuando apenas lo he recibido. Pero si puedo mencionar que por los ingredientes se supone que es de buena calidad. En cuanto a la entrega del producto, fue muy puntual de acuerdo a lo que se mencionó el día de la adquisición.Gracias!
