This pilate DVD is great. It is helpful for pilate novice or pilate experienced persons.

She does move a little fast between positions. You have to continue the reps. I never got caught up and ended up finishing after the video was over. My personal pilates instructor uses different terms for the movement so it took me a second to know what she wanted with the movement. I love the videos, I was expecting for more than three routines (upper, lower, core). Maybe two different upper and lower just so it doesn't get too repetitive. A good addition but you will want more videos for variety.

View video prior to using, prepare to pause
I really like the ladies in video but they move fast through the sequences and the mother changes the equipment without regard that the video is for home use and presumably ALONE. Also they show advanced moves and Then suggest not doing if your strength doesn’t allow. As an instructor myself, I’d prefer a more precautions and pauses to allow cord and equipment changes.

The three workouts are great, each works upper body, lower body and core but concentrates on one area. You will need a rebounder. I usually do two of the workouts 3 times a week, great exercise, intermediate level

I absolutely love this DVD. 3 great workouts with easy to follow instructions. I am new to Aeropilates and had no difficulty following the video. They give you lots of different tips and tricks to make the exercises easier or harder depending on your fitness level.
