With the remote button on will it work with a wall switch?

These are really awesome lights. While I don’t have this brand on a wall switch, most remote control lights will not work with a wall switch.

Will it work on 220v? Dimmable?

The bulbs are rated for 110v. I'd have to say yes if the dimmer works at a lower wattage.
