I am starting out on my leather crafting journey and did not want to practice my techniques on expensive high quality leather. I was looking for a simple alternative which would allow me to make my mistakes without worrying about the cost. This bundle was perfect for my needs. The quality was good enough to allow me to practice, and also make useful items (I'm using one of the card holders as my daily carry now). The colour was generally all tan, but there was one red piece, but I decided to use that as a contrast on one of the wallets (see last photo). The sizes vary, and occasionally pieces have scratches or marks, but it is usually easy enough to find pieces to fit the pattern. There is also plenty of leather, I have made about 8 wallets and card holders and there is still lots left.

Very happy with the bundle - very usable, with a range of sizes. Can make lots of different items!

I have made three purchases of this from the company, one on its way and 2 previous. My first batch was of soft suede blue and made incredible belt pouches for medieval/Anglo-Saxon/Viking LARPing, or, in the case of my wife, just to hold her loose change in! The second order was the very nice brown leather, all differing shades, and produced some nice wallets and, fieldnote books and key fobs.I am just starting out as a leather crafter and given the price of hides (invested in a small, shoulder hide which cost 80 nicker plus 14 quid p+p) this provides an economical but quality alternative.5* across the board!

Multiple dimensions, but all 2.5mm thick and all BLUE. No really of use and not as shown in image.

Good amount of leather, just the completely wrong colour. Advertised as brown leather but got blue.

From the pictures and description I was expecting at least some brown buffalo leather, all I got was a box of blue velvet

I am so glad that I ordered these as I was a bit nervous about what I would receive but I was so happy when I saw the leather pieces. They are perfect for what I'm doing which is beefing up my crotched slipper bottoms to cut down on the wear. Thank you so much!

I was able to make several bi-fold wallets, passport covers, and a fieldnotes notebook cover out of this pack. I still have lots of material left for smaller projects like keychains, book marks, cable wraps, and small catch-all trays. All of the leather was high quality, and I only had a few pieces that I could not find any use for based on the dimensions or some damage to the surface.Highly recommend if you are getting started in leatherrcraft and want some low-cost material to practice on.

i just started working with leather so this was perfect to practice with, made a wallet and a few little cases. still have plenty left over. mixed variety of colors, sizes and thicknesses. wasn't a fan of some of the softer leathers for what i wanted to work with but overall a good selection.
