Mad Bomber Original Red Nylon Aviator Pilot Bomber Hat Real Rabbit Fur Trapper Hunting Cap

I love the color which is a masculine deep red--not coral like so many reviews state. The hat fits great. I wear a 7 1/4 cowboy hat and the XL fits my head perfectly. Not too tight or too loose. There are no bare areas of fur as some reviews state. The neck clasp is a bit fiddly and I'm sure you can't do it with gloves on, but it's the same type of clasp that has been used for over 30 years on everything from backpacks to camera bags and it shouldn't break if you treat it with respect. I think the hat exceeds expectation admirably and I'm looking forward to wearing it this winter. I like the fact that it is much lighter in weight than other hats of it's type that I own.

Even at the same size, this hat seems a lighter in weight in comparison to the first one I purchased.The only thing that bummed me was that the buckles are plastic and therefore, it will break off easily the way it did like the last one I ordered.Aside from this plastic buckle, the hat is very comfortable and warm. My son loves it.

After our brutal winter in New England last year, I bought this hat specifically for using my snow blower. I've only worn it once this winter since we haven't had much snow.It is really nice and warm and offers a lot of protection at a very reasonable price.....and my wife thinks I look cute in it. So what's not to like?

This was better than expected. Yes, the color is a little unusual (not red, more of a red orange) but I don't mind it and for the price of around $12 it was fantastic! Nice quality, warm hat! Works great in the snowy area I live in. I am a woman and have a smaller head, so the med was a great fit.

I bought this for my son who moved from Texas to Colorado to go to school. His only transportation is a bike and as you can imagine it is very cold biking to school. He was pleased with it as it gives him good protection from the weather.
