I was very happy the way it was removing hair without any pain and was explfoliationg simultaneously. But, it gave rashes on my hands...works great in the legs though. The process seems simple but the rashes appears after 3-4 hrs, even after moisturising.(Edited) the rashes lasted for almost a month. Not gonna use it EVER again.

What an amazing experience. It has removed my tension of waxing. This product is superb. Removes hair instantly without creating any mess. It's a blessing.

Very harsh on skin

I had to scrubb softly in circles a few times alone and the hair was gone. This is suitable when you have soft thin hair. For thicker hair have to do couple more times which leaves the skin burning

When using that you had to go over your skin/hair many times. It burns the skin before it takes the hair off.

I was super skeptical, as very few hair removal products work for me. After five minutes I knew this was the holy grail. Your skin should be slightly damp before using. Be patient and move in circular motions, not too aggressively, or you will get skin irritation. Full disclosure: this did NOT get rid of my strawberry skin. I have had folliculitis most of my life. BUT I have also dealt with so many ingrown leg hairs, I haven’t actually shaven my legs for real in years. The ingrowns were so bad I’d have to shave with an epilator machine, then razor shave, THEN tweeze. It would take over an hour just for my calves- and the results were literally bloody. I used the crystal product for five minutes and not only did my ingrowns pop up and then disappear; I also saw layers of dead skin crop up and wash away! I will be buying more.

took a while to see results. i think i used it for 20min but i feel baby smooth after using it and no more hair. lol the instructions say to use softly in circles make sure to adhere to that. i think i pressed too hard on a few spots and it’s like someone used sandpaper and scraped it across my stomach. to redness, or visible signs of scrapes it just stings. this eraser definately works

I gave it two stars because yes, it removes the hair and leaves it super smooth but my legs feel like they’re on fire and I now have super bad “razor” burn

I didn't like this item, sent it back. And in September they recharged me.
