Not sure what the question is? This stuff is not to my liking. I prefer the matte lip ink. I get alot of transfer with this and it takes too long to dry. It rubs right off when I use it?

Can I put gloss or lip balm over it without it taking the lipstick off ? Or is there something to put on top to moisturize throughout the day?
