No taste. Easy to swallow. Could not really tell a lot of difference. Maybe it would work better if I had taken it longer.

90 Capsules of Glucosamine with Chondroitin TurmericIt is amazing what you can find in a bottle these days and more so what many products claim to do. Actually this product doesn’t claim to do much and it didn’t make any noticeable differences for me.It is hard if not impossible to critique supplements because how do you really know they are helping or better than another type. Very difficult. I have taken various brands of Glucosamine and Chondroitin for years and feel that it does help my joints, hip and back. Who knows for sure?I advise that you compare all the ingredients and percentages of each ingredient and supplement to another brand and see if this has the amounts you want or need.This brand states it is 1,500mg of Glucosamine per serving (3 capsules) and doesn’t include Manganese or vitamin C like another brand I have does. May not be important, you decide. This brand also has a strong chemical smell my other brand does not. The price is reasonable, the bottle was well sealed with a safety seal.It also recommend taking 3 capsules daily which equals the 1,500mg. The other brand I have says two capsules per serving for a total of 2,200mg. There are a few other ingredients I am not entirely sure what they are or do. (Nano Curcumin, Bromelain and L-methionine.I recommend and it is always advisable to consult your pharmacist or physician when taking any medications including supplements. You can bring the bottle in ask for medical opinion.According to WebMD, the following conditions are contraindicated with this drug. I have the thinking to stay healthy and strong everyday. This Glucosamine helps me and my husband as our supplement for the bones especially our knees. It has the anti-As I'm taking it, I see good results especially this winter season. This is also easy to swallow, and has no smell. I struggle with my knees and this product is recommended that helps. The price is also affordable.

This seems to be a good quality anti-inflammatory blend so far.- Capsules are easy to swallow- No odd aftertaste or ill effects- Price/Value is very good- Label has FDA, non-GMO & GMP stamp and claims 3rd party lab tested (however I haven't seen the COA yet)I haven't had any problem taking these, but I'm only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.

Works well. Has no fillers. I have difficulty swallowing large capsules and these can easily get stuck if I’m not careful. I’m not sure if it’s the size or material of the capsule. The content is great.

I got this because I take a Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM combo 5 days a week to keep my joints in check especially in my back. If you were to make a joint the major ingredients are the three mentioned plus collagen and some HA. With that said this has the major ingredients to repair and protect. And all the other ingredients are known to reduce inflammation and aid the joints as well. One ingredient I am not used to seeing in a combo like this is the L-methionine. It is supposed to possibly help with cartilage repair. But is definitely beneficial for your liver and for stronger hair with less breakage.In my personal use I found it took a long time for me to realize the benefits. More than 6 months but less than a year. And it's not a miracle worker as my back still does go out sometimes. But it happens less often and I recover much quicker. I would say I have 90% less incidence rate now. I would also state if you are currently suffering joint pain to add additional Chondroitin and MSM. This blend is in my opinion a way to keep your key joint ingredients in check and what I use to maintain optimal levels.So I really like al the ingredients in this and the fact that it's made in the USA. The exposure risk to heavy metals and toxins is greatly reduced by that. And it being made in a FDA facility also helps. This also has the GMP (good manufacturing practice) stamp which I like to see. These caps are easy to take and I had no sides. Hope this was helpful.

There are some many anti-inflammatory/joint supplements on the market, it's tough to know what to look for. Turmeric, Curcumin, Chondroitin, Glucosamine, Boswelia, MSM, etc.... this one seems to check all the boxes. I can't really tell if it's helping me or not, as I take it as a preventative measure.Doing a little research, I also wish this supplement included ASU (Avocado Soybean Unsaponifiables), but I guess there's only so much you can pack into one pill!

I have been using another big name brand of this type of product for many years now. I do have some lower back issues when I dont stay active and stretch and exercise, but I did find that these supplements did help me. I actually found them to be better than my big name brand supplements and maybe its related to the absorption being better for me. I found that they were also much more affordable than my big name brand making this a great value for me. I hope that this helps.
