Insert seemed too high on front of heel.
Insert feels too tall on the front of the heel. Uncomfortable! It's feeling better after a few days. I'll reevaluate after a month or so.

Ok after wearing them awhile
Had to wear awhile and stretch them before they are comfy. Could not use insert that came with them.. made them too tight. Ordered chocolate and received light tan

These are very comfortable slippers
As in the headline, I have neuropathy in my feet and the slippers are very comfortable.They seem to be wearing really good, and although I have an extra pair, I would like to be able to buy an extra insert if I need one, and I haven't seen any for sale.
