The smell is strong, like menthol or something. Was worried it would burn my face and neck that’s in DESPERATE need of help. I was surprised to receive more than one tube for the money .. I only had a small patch I wanted to treat .. I loved the feeling of the cream .. it really heated the area .. and after a couple of days use the patch has gone !!

Much better compared to other alternatives and the price is much more reasonable as well.

I never usually write reviews on amazon but i felt it neccessary for this.Ive been using steroids/tablets for weeks and nothing has gotten rid or cooled down the eczema i developed out of nowhere.However after literally 3 days of using this i can see such a huge difference and barely itch anymore!!!Thank you so so so much to the developers for the product and how cheap it is bcs ive been struggling 😭 thank you so much! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

It's OK but only stops the itchyness for a couple of days.
