Fantastic and bright! It was easy to put together and nice and sturdy. It is also easy to turn on and off or to change brightness. The control buttons are on the stand for ease of use. There are different types of white color (warm, cool). Great value for such a bright work light. Cored easily hides through the post. I am extremely happy and wish I had purchased it a long time ago. I am thinking of getting another one for a different area of my house!

This is a very good lamp for crafting - it throws a broad enough light and it's plenty bright enough for close work (pottery and ceramic art with detailed surfaces in my case). I had a cheaper one and can't afford the top models, so this is perfect. It's MUCH more stable and sturdy feeling than the old wobbly one from the same company, has excellent warmth options and a good range of brightness settings for when my eyes get tired and is very easy to reach around and change settings - I don't even have to look any more. It's got a decently heavy base and doesn't tip too easily but is light enough that I can also reach around and reposition it with one hand as the task change. The gooseneck is a little but stiff but fine. It could be a lbit taller - I'm working at normal table height - but it hasn't really been a problem. I really love the wealth of very simple-to-change options, it's not fiddly. Good purchase for the price!

This lamp was purchased for my craft room and desk as the ceiling lighting was insufficient for crafting and reading. It was amazingly easy to assemble and so nice that the lighting can be adjusted according to what you are doing. Very good quality and the fact that it's adjustable just makes it even better. Great purchase!

My wife uses this light for sewing and she likes it very much. Works well and very bright. We would buy it again and recommend it if you need a lot of focused light.

The light arrived in 4 pieces. It wasn’t hard to assemble. The wires are a small gauge. One needed to be threaded through the poles and plugged into the base. The power cord also needed to be plugged into the base. It’s thin and reminds me of an older phone charger. Put together it seems sturdy enough. The light has several shades and brightness levels. I’m wondering what the lightbulb looks like. Hopefully I won’t need to remove the cover over the bulb for a long time.

Lighting is excellent. The problem I might foresee is moving the item. It is unstable, for lack of a better word, in structure for moving around like to another house in a major move. Putting it together was relatively easy.

One of my hobbies is doing large diamond painting scenes, and the other is working 2000 piece puzzles. I need good lighting for both. I had 1 lamp and was carrying it from one project to the other. I recently ordered my second lamp. It arrived promptly and now I have excellent lighting for both of my hobbies. This lamp is great for any close work where you need brighter lighting. It has several setting and can be adjusted for different angles.
