Pix Brix wild kratts
I bought this smallโpiece puzzle for my 10โyearโold son. He loves puzzles, and I really liked this one because it can be assembled by color and size, which made him think and stay focused. Itโs very good. My son has autism, and he loved it.

Fun and easy to do.
We'd never used Pix Brix before, but my son loves the Wild Kratts and enjoys building with Legos, so we gave them a try. They were a huge hit! The age on the box says 6+, and my son is 8. While he needs assistance with Lego builds, he needed no help with the Pix Brix. Once my husband showed him how to do it, he was off on his own and built both characters without help. It took just over an hour for each figure, so slightly more than 2 hours total. He built Chris, said he was going to save Martin for after dinner, but was having so much fun he built him right away. For my son to sit quietly alone and build for 2 hours straight is unheard of, so he was really captured by this set. I think he was really excited that he could build these 100% on his own, without help from dad. I liked that the bags of bricks were separated and clearly labeled to help keep things organized. The instructions broke it down step by step, and they must have been clear because my son followed them all by himself. The booklet even gave some facts about the Kratts brothers. The figures are not really meant for playing with, but my son was playing with them anyway. Once in awhile the legs will come off but he just reattaches them and keeps playing. These are more sturdy than Legos once they're put together. If you drop a Lego build, it's done and shattered. My son dropped these a few times, and the worst that happened was the legs came off. I'm happy that an accidental fall to the floor is not a death sentence for the build. I thought these were really well made and must have been a lot of fun. I'm glad we got to try them, and now I'm considering the other Pix Brix items, since my son had such a good time with these.

Very cute but time consuming.
My son loves all things Wild Kratts. So, of course, he saw these and just and to have them. He's almost 5 so I knew I would actually be the one building the Kratt brothers. I didn't anticipate how long it would take. It takes way longer to use these sliding blocks than regular bricks. The blocks were all separated by color which made the build easier. The only part I got stuck on were the shoulders. I missed the step showing that the shoulders need to be pushed down half a block so the head will fit on top. I wouldn't mind getting the animal figures also. Be aware that these are meant to sit on a shelf after you build them. My son carried them around the house and the legs would just randomly fall off. They don't stick together well enough to be played with.

fun toy
This is a very well-made art kit featuring the Kratt Brothers, who are very popular with my children. These are entertaining! It takes some time to put together it only takes a second to figure out how to line them up)and your fingers hurt afterward, but this is a fun activity for an older child. I did this with my three and seven-year-old children. The three-year-old could assist in putting the pieces together, but I had to follow the directions to get them all in the right order.

Great gift for a Wild Kratts fan!
These are fun! It does take some time to assemble (lining them up takes a second to figure out) and your fingers kind of hurt once done- but this is a fun activity for an older kid. I did this with my 3 year old and 7 year old. The 3 year old was able to help put pieces together, but I had to follow the directions to get them all in the right order. The 7 year old was able to complete this much more independently, just some supervision to keep the pattern on track.

Kratt Creature Feature!
My husband's 7-year-old godson loves "The Wild Kratts" and Lego, so this gift was a no-brainer! Although these are NOT Lego (and cannot be used with the brand's bricks), they are still a blast to put together. He and his brothers have an entire Lego world in their basement, and I was given quite the story how Martin and Chris fit in. Love seeing kiddos' imagination in action!

Buy something else
It was a gift for a very smart boy that puts huge legos together in an instant. This was missing some pieces and really ridiculous to put together. Since it was a gift, I didnt return it, just bought him something else. Dont buy it.
