Light, bright, simple to assemble
The product photos are accurate - so I won't repeat them, instead a simple photo of a glass of water (it was going to be a beer, but I thought that might break the rules...) - which helps demonstrate just how diffused the light is with this softbox. Yes, I have deliberately included the sides of the box, the LEDs are on full power here, but there are no obvious bright spots reflected by the glass.Assembly is pretty logical, I didn't need to refer to the manual (for a change!) provided - first disassembly was a bit slower, and yes, I did peek...The lights are very bright at full power, dimming is smooth and the colour temperature appears to remain constant. The photo above was taken around 1 metre from the softbox, 31mm focal length, 1/320 sec, F 7.1 (APS-C, Sony a6700, 18-105 mm zoom lens)The box comes with 4 coloured plastic backdrops, easily fitted - they arrive folded (so the visible fold at the rear of the box) but would benefit from being rolled long-term.In order to use the top-down feature, the upper diffuser has to be removed, which is not ideal, but could be replaced with a sheet of white paper with a circular hole cut for the lens...It all folds down and is stored in a cloth tote bag, which is fine - although the transort box also has a carry handle, so may be worth retaining as it would provide better protection to the softbox in transit.Having 'played' with the softbox for a few hours, appreciated the simplicity of assembly and teardown (good use of velcro where it is needed) and agreeing that it is indeed a softbox, I'm well pleased. If you have a use for a 16" cube softbox, this may just scratch that itch!

Expensive but worthwhile!
What an amazing product overall. It might come across as rathe flimsy but your don’t have to move it that much anyway. Otherwise the light are super bright and it is so easy to adjust them. The whole at the top through which you can take photos is such a nice feature!Overall really recommend it! Expensive but a very useful product.

PULUZ: Photography Light Box (60x40cm)
𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗕𝗼𝘅 𝗦𝗲𝘁-𝗨𝗽:Compared to other light boxes I've used before, this one was quite a bit of a faff to set-up for the following reasons:𝟭. The base is a bit flimsy, so it really needs to be placed on a decent flat surface.𝟮. Most of the sides are completely separated and requires you to line up the Velcro strips properly.𝟯. Inserting a backdrop was a big annoyance when trying to get it to stay in place. Though the backdrops themselves are good quality and easy to clean. There are a couple of optional panels to use such as the light diffuser for the upper part; then you have the front panel which bounces light back onto the subject giving it a more even lighting all-round, though this does reduce the front opening size for tracking photos through.𝗦𝗶𝘇𝗲 & 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴:I went for the 60x40cm version which is ideal as it gives you more flexibility when it comes to various product sizes. The lighting is FANTASTIC! Most previous light boxes I've used only feature a strip of lights around the edges. This one however, has the majority of the top panel covered in LED's.There are a nice variety of brightness levels available to choose from and three different colours temperatures (I always go for the more neutral version then set the correct white balance in camera).𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 & 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:The lighting is superb and the backdrops look great also; this gives you a good solid foundation for product photography. You can get decent results using a smartphone or main camera, though regardless of which one you choose to use, some minor tweaks in post-processing will fine-tune the final image.Apart from the handful of annoyances mentioned at the beginning of this review, this is undoubtedly a great light box and I would actually recommend it.

Ok
The light is great and easy to put together but the reflective sides look tacky in the photo and the colour backgrounds don’t sit inside very well

Good Light Box for Photos
The light box is a solid choice for product photography, providing even lighting and multiple backdrop options. The LED lights are bright and adjustable, which is great for capturing detailed images. However, the build quality feels a bit flimsy, and the box could be more durable. It’s a useful tool for beginners and casual photographers but may not meet the needs of professionals seeking more robust equipment. For its price, it’s a good option for those starting out in product photography.

Large Lightbox with a lot of good light available
This PULUZ lightbox is an improvement up in lighting quality and control from cheaper lightboxes I have been using. It’s having a large volume with 62 x 41 x 52.5 so can take some larger items or you can build a bit of a set out inside. The studio comes with 4 different backdrops; though the sides stay white which does mean you need to narrow your field some. The backdrops are a plastic rather than the cloth or foam other lightboxes sometimes use. This gives the backdrops a glossy finish; and one of them is a lovely glossy black. The lighting is as with the cheaper lightboxes LEDs – only in this there are a lot of them; and they are more diffused this gives a more even light spread when you use them. The inline controller gives access to adjust the brightness and white colour temperature. When dimmed right down there isn’t any flicker which is a great for my eyes and works better than the anti-flicker feature of my camera. You can close the front of the lightbox and shoot from above which is good as it removes all stray light from getting into the box (though the LEDS go bright enough to do that too.)When you are done all that Velcro helps with packing up; it’s easy to collapse things back down mostly flat. This PULUZ lightbox is a huge step up from cheaper lightboxes; the lighting, backdrop, backgrounds and just the build are better than other products. It is a bit of a pain that it uses a power brick to run which you need to store somewhere apart from the collapsed studio.
