Q: Does it come in 2X long

The 2XL is pretty long to begin with. The whole series runs large and long to better accommodate conceal carry.

Q: Does this shirt run true to size?

I’ve found these run big. I normally wear a size L, but wear a M in this shirt. I’m 6’2” 195 lbs.

Q: Is the white color easily seen through? Is the polo made of thick material?

It's not thick, but it's pretty opaque. I wear it with a white undershirt most of the time, but you can't see the lines where the undershirt ends.
