Recently I experienced Mono for the first time in my life and was told by my doctor that one of the main symptoms would be general inflammation in my abdomen and organs and that it could last a while. After looking at various over the counter products to help with inflammation I landed on Inflam-Ex and decided to try it out. As with any medication or supplement it took a few days to build up in my system and kick in but I can honestly say it did its job better than I expected. I went from experiencing pretty painful inflammation to a very manageable level in just under a week and kept using Inflam-Ex until I was cleared by my doctor to get back to normal living. Highly recommend.

For Some Reason It Made Me Have Very Itchy Skin!!

With the increasing number of supplements we're taking, fewer ingredients are sometimes better to avoid repeating doses, e.g., ingredients found in a multivitamin. However, it has a number of ingredients widely touted as helpful. I think the key is that the amounts of these ingredients vary wildly among supplements. The amounts in this supplement are quite low - at least, comparing the same ingredients to amounts in other supplements we’ve tried. Considering we already get a number of these ingredients in a multivitamin and much higher doses of curcumine and gingerols haven’t helped us as much as those who recommended those ingredients to us, I don't think this supplement strikes the right balance for us. Still, it may have the potential to help others. Just be sure to compare ingredients and amounts with what you're already taking or have tried. $12.99 for a month's supply (2 capsules/day) isn't unreasonable as long as you're not taking additional supplements for the same problems, e.g. glucosamine chondroitin. The capsules are about 1" long. The supplements were sealed in an amber glass bottle and box.

I haven't had much result, yet, from this Naturity Natural Inflam-Ex Complex. However, it may do more with longer use. I do have a LOT of pain and inflammation to work through. The price is good, so maybe worth trying for longer time.
