Lenox Emeril 16-Piece Decatur Dinnerware Set

My dinner set arrived yesterday and unfortunately it looks nothing like Lenox brand and the box and dishes doesn't even say Lenox brand on it anywhere. It's a false advertisement that they are doing and they should not be using Lenox brand name to market this product. The printing is extremely cheap and I didn't even opened the entire box, I literally was disappointed as I just got one mug out of the box which was already opened and seemed like somebody already returned this item before. I am now requesting them a full refund please.

I am so disappointed with these dishes. They look beautiful but are chipping like crazy. I had dishes for 15 years that never chipped. I was so excited about the differing patterns but these will not last very long at all.

I’ve had these dishes for approx 6 years. No chipping, no problems! I don’t actually use the coffee cups, but everything else gets used! I just broke one place on accident this week after years of having them. Wish I knew where I could replace it

The dishes are good quality. Solid/sturdy/heavy duty. A great buy for the price. I just wish it was more obvious in the picture that they aren't completely black and white but that the lines are black and gray mottled, and the white is closer to off white than crisp white.
