I could not contact the customer service department of Manduka. I strongly recommend the company a better packing of products. My $115 mat came with factory defect. Also I bought 2 mats more, same brand. I heard that is good quality but to me the service experience was very difficult.

Does not have grip at first
You have to clean it woth soap a lot to make it not so slippery. It doesn't have grip right away, you have to earn it, which is tedious

Slippery after 5 mins. Don’t BUY
This is the WORST yoga mat I’ve ever used. I’ve been practicing for 3 years with a Lulu lemon with no issues. The slipping on this mat after 5 mins of sweating is totally unacceptable and makes the mat useless. Do NOT buy manduka. Total disappointment.

30" wide, not 24"
The mat I received is 30" wide, not 24" wide. I have 2 Yogarat towels that are each 24" wide, and this mat is 6" wider.

I Love It!
I was a little worried about ordering this mat because of all the reviews about its slickness. When I got it, it was indeed slick. I got large grain salt and scrubbed my mat down with it & some water & a bathroom brush, let it dry, then went back to it and scrubbed again in the morning. I did this 3-4 times and my mat has been working great for a year now. I know it seems like a lot of work up front, but at the time, I didn't have $100+ to spend on one that was already broken in, but I wanted a high quality mat. For the people who said they stepped on the salt grains, you can easily vacuum it up when you're done ;)
