These shade clothes have been working well over my garden. I cut them in fourths to custom them just a little bit and then I put them up temporarily for the Arizona summer heat and then I take them down for the cooler months. They didn’t fray when i cut them and they give great coverage.

Worked so good last year in drought protecting plants. Had to get more for other beds this year. Great product, durable

EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED! I needed something that would give my 100-foot row of blackberries some shade in the heat of summer, right when the berries are ripening and susceptible to sun-scald. On my first year of getting berries (about 500 of them), they all got fried in the direct sunlight due to where they are planted and the climate where I live (we consistently get 90+ degree days during the summer). I NEEDED to give the berries some shade, and I could not have found a better solution! It lets in the perfect amount of light from above. I am only using it as an overhead shade, so the plants still get indirect light from the sides along with the partial light thru the screen. It lets a pretty good amount of air thru as well, so it doesn't put a lot of stress on the netting on the rare windy day. I only used it during the fruiting season, and then took it off for the winter. It seems to have held up well for being in the DIRECT / HOT "summer" sun for about 6 months straight. I didn't notice any deterioration of the material. I did a wrap-around mount for the netting. (I used a 2x2 wooden frame, and wrapped the net 3/4 around the beams of the frame, so that the friction of the net on the frame itself would do most of the work in keeping the net in place. I used screws with 1-inch washers every 5 feet to secure it, and I never had it tear away (rip a hole) from the fasteners.)

This appears to be a good product. It is easy to use. My only concern is: What does the word eyelets mean? I imagined it to mean metal eyelets to attach through. There are no metal eyelets or any other indications of "eyelets". Aside from that, the screen material seems to be strong. I will see after time and heavy winds.

I have been to every big box garden center looking for this with no success. Easy to use, good quality as it doesn't unravel when cut to size, provides the right amount of shade. It was shipped quickly and that was greatly appreciated in this current run of cloudless, 90° days in the Northeast.

Provides privacy from neighbors, I used zipties to secure to fence. Repurchased more of the same material at least twice for other areas on property. Would recommend.

This is a nice product for the pricing! I was able to custom cut strips and sew them onto a pulley system for shade cover in the veggie bed. Anything over 90 and the heirloom tomatoes and green beans halt production. Md summer can get brutal. These were absolute life savers during the high heat dome record breaking days. I was fortunate to have some left over and used it on the chicken tractor to help shade the girls food and water bowls. Is such a nice addition for many different things!

A very sturdy, securely wrapped & boxed shade screen arrived promptly. It has already been used to fully envelop a TEN Year old 10’x 10’ Deteriorating Green House for such a reasonable cost outlay.
