USA PanXL Nonstick Baking and Cooling Rack, Set of 2

I don't know why I waited until I was in my 60s to "splurge" and buy myself a decent set of baking sheets with cooling racks. When I look at how many cheap, inferior pans I have bought and thrown away over the years, I have to laugh. If I had bought a quality set from the get-go, I have no doubt they would have lasted me decades. As it stands, I believe these are the last cookie sheets I will ever need to purchase (unless I decide I need more). They are heavy (do not try to lift a loaded pan from the oven with one hand unless you have great hand and arm strength), but they work beautifully -- even cooking, no stick, a breeze to clean and dry. I love these pans. The large cooling racks are an added bonus.

Very pleased with the size and sturdiness. I have been wanting to replace my cooling rack I have used for many, many years. This one is so much nicer. I am very happy with this purchase!

Built well.

I use this rack for cooling my baked cookies. It also doubles as a rack for my sheet cake pan for oven baking crispy french fries, bagel chips, or bacon. It's a breeze to clean and easy to store in upright position. I'm also happy to be able to purchase USA durable made bake ware.

I bought these to use as cooling racks for the large quantities of bagels and English muffins that I make. They are pretty good quality, but not as robustly built as other products I have purchased from USA Pans. I have a couple of other racks that are actually built better. But for the price paid, these are a good value from a well-known manufacturer. However, unlike the commercial heavy duty baking pans I own from USA Pans, these racks are not made in the USA (and it does show).

ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL! Unfortunately Williams-Sonoma does not offer inserts to purchase for their jelly roll pans. This USA Pan insert was my second attempt to find a jelly roll pan insert that fits my pan (the first one I ordered from another company was a touch too long on one side, sent it back). Added bonus: This insert also feels sturdier than the cheap one I sent back (I was going to use it as a “throwaway” when it stopped performing but it never made it to the oven), so I am satisfied with the price paid for quality. We frequently use the jelly roll size pan because it fits perfectly in the Breville countertop convection oven (we have the biggest one, the smaller ovens might just accommodate the quarter sheet pans).

Perfect fit and the non stick coating make for easy cleaning

I brushed with oil before cooking chicken drumsticks on this rack set over a baking sheet. Afterwards I filled sheet with soapy water and let sit while eating dinner. When I went back I only needed to use a scrub brush and it came clean very quickly and easily. Very happy with the quality of these racks.

Excellent quality and sturdy product but only downside is that it’s a lot smaller than I expected but that is my own fault as I didn’t read the dimensions properly and assumed it would be large.

Arrives as promised and fits description!

I bought these racks as I already have several USA Pan bake pans & sheets and have been impressed by the quality (and the fact that they were made in America and not overseas) However these particular racks are made in China and stated so in very small writing on the back of the packaging label. So a little bit misleading but I will still keep/use them regardless. Hence the 4 star review for this productUpdate: so upon a closer look it does state the item is “imported” in item description paragraph but for clarity they should state WHERE item is made, especially in this case where the company normally prides itself in manufacturing locally!
