This is a nice large size. It’s a great gift it’s a lot of fun, and it’s very durable

I pour cold coffee into the mold & I make iced coffee balls. I put this in my iced coffee instead of regular ice cubes so I don't water down the coffee. It 's great!

Of course these have to be exactly level in your freezer or they don't turn out well. Tap them a tiny bit to remove air bubbles when full. Mine leak where they join together so I don't get a full death star. They seep a bit until they start to freeze. Bummed but still cute. Hard to get out until you get the hang of it. They are really fun in a tall clear glass.

Bigger then we thought these are huge just buy the two pack unless you entertain a lot. Very cool ease to use if your trying to force it out it's not totally frozen just fyi

It's a novelty, but the ice is difficult to get out of the mold.

For all of your inquiring minds, yes, you can fill with resin.HOWEVER- I added a couple steps.1. I used a very very fine paint brush to paint in gilding adhesive (for gold leaf) to the raised details2. As it was drying, I painted on a black mica powder.3. I filled only the bottom half of the sphere until it started curing4. Fill the rest of the way5. Left small gap in the top so that it would have a tiny flat bottom to stand on.Cane out awesome. Pics don't do it justice. Painting in the details really went a long way to adding dimension.I DID NOT tape this mold. It did not spill a drop. Also- I didn't use mold release- and my mold is intact. That being said, it was a bear to separate the two halves. Ultimately, I'm impressed. Worth the money. I got them to make gifts.

I got this as a present for my husband. The little included funnels make it very easy to fill. However, we did not recieve instructions so our first few times using this mold we learned quickly you need to fill the mold about 90% of the way to allow for expansion when freezing. If you fill it all the way, water will freeze and burst the seams of the mold, making a little frozen puddle in your freezer and a misshapen death star.

I bought these for my husband for a gift. He likes the craft ice and he loves Star Wars.
