Just had an abdominal operation. This was flippin lovely! I'm size 14 and it fitted round my waist easily but I didn't want anything pressurising my tummy so I filled the velcro back on itself and used it to sit on for lower back or held it against tummy under my jumper. Very comforting. The hottest setting is defo hot. Think there's 3 settings so you can also have a gentle heat. For me it lasts about 2 hrs. Charged up again within 2 hrs. Very easy. Love it!

I originally reviewed this as one star as the battery supplied stopped working after less then two weeks, an experience that other reviewers have had. However, the seller was very proactive in supplying a replacement and keen to make things right. The second unit I received so far is working as expected, I just hope the battery continues to hold up. The heatpad itself does exactly what's required.

I have 3 bulging discs and narrowing of the spinal cord and am on lots of tablets! This heat pad works brilliantly on my back, its easy to use and very comfortable to wear. I wanted something portable so I could wear it at work and this product is fantastic. Highly recommend this product for anyone with back pain.

purchased for my wife's back painworks ok but not east to use when working with it on as to switch it on is not to easy has the batteryis not visible when wearing it.

The description on Amazon and the product itself look good. And the other reviews are very positive. So, I was looking forward to trying this to see if it would soothe/ease abdominal pain and lower back pain.Unfortunately, I could not get it done up comfortably. I am by no means a small person. But I didn't think I was really huge either! So, it was rather disheartening to put this on and then realise that I could only just about get it done up, but not in a way that was comfortable.For me, it needed to be longer. Or to offer the product in different sizes.I did switch it on to see if it worked (it did) and heated up ok (it did)It looked/felt good – though perhaps a little bulky (you couldn't really wear it under clothes in a discreet way!) Apart from those observations, without being able to put it on properly, I can't really review it any more usefully.I have passed it to a very slim friend who suffers with abdominal pain, so I will see how she gets on with it.
