Where is the bulb manufactured?

What is the actual diameter of this bulb? The picture shows 0.7 inch, but the product dimensions state 0.63 inch

I measured one of my bulbs. The larger (clear) part measures 0.695 inch (so essentially 0.7). The white lower portion measures 0.697. Hope this helps.

Specs say dimmable. Are these dimmable with existing incandescent dimmers? Or do they flicker?

Are these 12v or 120v? half the descriptions say 12v, the other half say 120v

On the bulb itself it says 12v. FYI, if size makes a difference, they are much larger, with longer pins (which can be cut) then the halogen.
