The colors of large box and small different? In pictures it looks like small sicks are brighter. Large ones look more for landscape.

Are these opaque when ground or transparent?

Opaque comes from the lights. I will change the pictures at once.

Are these made with plaster or animal glue?

These are made of different natural mineral with bone glue or oxhide gelatin

Can you tattoo with them like horiyoshi the 3 does

I have no idea, sorry. But I wouldn’t advise it because pigments often contain heavy metals - which is how many are derived, such as cadmium, cobalt, etc.
