Product was difficult to set up but that was the best part. I charged it, set it up and tried it. Placed it back in the case and in the tool bench. When I went back to use it the thing was dead. I tried to charge it again but it would not work. The light came on when the charger was connected but it would not work. When the charger is disconnected the light went out and nothing happens when you try to use it. I contacted the seller but they have failed to respond. Cheap garbage from China!

I bought this product few year ago because of the clearance ( I guess) and though it will come handy one day!Today came that day and I tried to use this device and guess what, it doesn't work! I tried both iOS and Android. no luck.Then I connected the camera to my windows PC and yay it recognized the camera! so I started using it but to find out the quality of the video is so bad you almost can't recognize anything! I used windows camera app and changed the setting to the highest quality but the video quality is so bad it is useless.I guess it is my own fault I didn't test it when I got it. no it has no place to go but to trash can.

Like the long camera cable, dislike the app you need to use with your phone,it disconnects and needs to much attention to keep it working.

I had the same experience as others have said. The unit worked when I received it but after sitting on the self for a couple years it is dead. The lights go on when a usb charger is connected but as soon as it is removed the unit dies. Also, if I try to use it with the usb and camera plugged in at the same time it dies after about 5-10 seconds of being turned on.***EDIT*** If you have the dead wifi sending unit, just plug the camera usb cable into a Windows 10 machine and use the built in Camera app to view. I have only tried this with WIndows 10.

Works great, app seems to do its job on android on s8. It's not for viewing say a room under the door but for auto and home use a+

Stay away from this device and fly by night company. Software app does not work and camera doesn't function without it. Trash product.
