Wrong electrical plugs???
This product arrived early. I have returned it to you one week ago today. Still waiting for a refund. This was of no use to me as the power plugs were for Great Britain, not Australia.

Panasonic KX-TG6824EB Quad DECT Phone
The phones look good in black and silver, manual I found a bit difficult to understand, lots of options that I don't need, sound levels for ring tone and voice, I have on max to be comfortable with, but then I am 87, screen is nice and clear making it easy to read, charged up the batteries in a separate charger and everything worked straight out of the box, it works fine for me.

Ok until one burnt out
The phone was fine until I smelled burning in the room where this phone was. The next day the phone was bleeping alarmingly. I picked it up to clean the underneath and saw it was burned out.Sound for hard of hearing people - can be a bit echoey and not the easiest. But for normal hearing it was fine.

Good quality and easy to set up
I'm a great fan of Panasonic devices and these phones do not disappoint. Easy to set up, sturdy, hold their charge and the sound quality is good. We have them dotted around the house so not running around trying to find the phone.
