Well built and sturdy
Awesome coring knife. Solidly built, nice rubber handle that does not really get slippery when wet and comfortable to handle. Use it mainly to core tomato’s prior to canning but also use for peppers before stuffing.

This kitchen tool is well worth the money it will remove jalapeños papers veins and seeds quick and easy I love my little tool

A GREAT addition to the kitchen gadgets.
I use this tool alot. Preferred over the four different sizes circular pitter which have dull teeth and TORE the inside of the fruit. This tool has a sharp end. Cut the ends off a grapefruit or orange. Insert this tool to cut out the core, 4 maybe 5 cuts and the core comes out clean. Then continue to slice off the rind with a knife and the fruit opens up like an accordian. If you cut well on the inside and then on then outside, the slices have a tendency to come out in whole chunks.

It made coring easy. The grip is firm and the metal is strong. However after about ten uses the corer bends between the grip and the rest and then broke off. If only they can fix that flaw.
