The tarp lasted less than two months before tearing. Manufacturer said it’s normal wear and tear due to being in the open. Don’t waste your money on a company with such poor customer service and value.

Great cover for my pool. Unfortunately the price has doubled in the last couple of years.

Great do far. The real test will be this spring when the cover is removed.

All I can say is I am tickled to pink with this pool cover. In 20yrs Of having this pool and many pool covers, this is by far my favorite one. It's not as flimsy as ones, I've paid way more far. The gourmets are placed good. Every time I bought a 21 around pool cover, it would go over the railing maybe 8 inches for the overhang. This is a 21', and gives you 4ft more. You can see in the pictures how it hangs over the pool rail. This is going to help with wind not getting under and blowing it off. I wish I was a personal shopper for this so I could get another one just for this honest review. I attached a video trying to show you that I literally put this pool cover on by myself. By laying the pool, cover on the ground with the black side facing up. Sticking my hand underneath the cover and clamping it to the edge of the pool. Clamping halfway around too where I could pull the cover over the water with the black facing down as it should and the blue on top. Then after the cover is on drain below the skimmer.

Light and easy to work with. Doesn’t appear to be “heavy duty” as advertised. We received the cover on 9/26/19. Today is 10/9/19, and the cover appears to be leaking at the seams as there is water on top of it and we’ve had no rain. Unfortunately, I will not be able to be certain until we take it off next Spring and see what condition the pool water is in.

This is the second time that we have bought this cover for our pool it stays on it fits perfectly and we never have an issue with it ripping or tearing we’re able to usually get at least 2 to 3 years out of the tarp cover. It serves great protection. We’ve never opened our pool and it had any kind of debris inside. We live on a hill and there’s lots of wind and still don’t have an issue with this cover blowing off it tightens down quite snuggly against the frame of the pool with the wire that it comes with.

Waited a year before writing a review so I will know how it will hold up and give an actual honest review on this. This is NOT a genuine pool cover, it is just a round heavy duty rated common polyethylene tarp like you would find at an farm and fleet store. The only difference is that this is round and theirs are square/rectangle. But the construction is exactly the same as common cheap tarps made with interwoven polyester strips that will "thread apart" once the tarp rips. This was bought new in September 2022 and used from Oct 22 to Apr 23. When removed in April, you can tell by the fabric that it doesnt exactly like sitting over a pool during the winter. (NOTE - This was used on an above ground round pool in the midwest with tarp straps hooked to the eyelets on the tarp to keep it from blowing off the pool.) In the spring it was carefully removed, allowed to dry, then stored inside a garage the rest of the year. When going to reapply it in Oct 2023, you can tell the polyester fabric was already worn out and only lasted two more months before separating and falling apart in Dec 2023. So buyer beware - You are just buying nothing more then a heavy duty rated polyester tarp like you can get at a farm and fleet/menards/lowes/rural king/etc. You are not buying a true legitimate pool cover. You are buying nothing more then a tarp that just happens to be round shaped and called a pool cover.

I ordered the cover in a 28 round. My pool is 24 round. Im so glad I upped the size. The 24 just barely did fit and would be ripping by the following spring. With the extra the cover doesnt pull in on the sides. Its held up with the rain and what little snow we have received this winter here in Northwest GA. I would definitely buy this cover again when needed.

Well I had this cover before so there was no regrets buying another one. But this time around one of the eyelets for the cable was distorted and bent but a pair of needle nose pliers and it was straightened out…. But make sure if this is the way you go for winter get a pool pillow!!!

Tarpuline is so thin certainly not heavy duty. Can’t believe the advert is so misleading. The winch is useless, so fragile it fell apart on first use.

The tarp material appears rather thin. The ones we have used in the past from local pool suppliers are a thicker material and often last us 3 or 4 years. I doubt that this one will last as long.

The pool cover is made of strong material in comparison to other covers.
