Its a nifty idea, and keeps the lid with the bottom. Also seems to be water tight so you could probably store liquid but I haven't tested this as a travel container with liquid. Downside is it's bulky and doesn't store well. Also it can be difficult to make that last twist to lock it closed tight. Lastly I have some concerns about how well the sleeve comes clean in the dishwasher, though you can wash it by hand.
