Great value
The product did what it said it would. Very easy to fix. The snap on plastic cover is a little flimsy but still does the job. Overall great value for money.

Prime line deadlock
Took about 30 minutes of careful measuring and fitting. Toleranceses for making mistakes regards installation are very small because if the lock is fixed to close to the latch it would make it impossible to use in conjunction with other locking mechanisms on the sliding door.I fitted mine to a metal sliding door with some slite modifications. However I think it is more suited to uPVC doors. It comes with wood screws rather than the more suitable self tapping screws.All in all I am satisfied with the product. However be aware this lock has it's limitations from a durability standpoint e.g l wouldn't fit this to expensive uPVC doors as in my opinion the lock would not look suitably high end.

The media could not be loaded. To be fair It wasn't designed for the Aluminium sliding patio door Installed many years ago at this tenanted property......but I made It fit!I had to use a multi tool with metal cutting blade to cut away some of the extrusion within the frame. Not a big deal for a Handyman but for the average DIYer without much of a selection In terms of tools, this would have been a non starter.I'm pleased with my efforts and how easy It was to operate. Don't go much of the ill fitting screw cover.I chose this lock Instead of the traditional key operated patio locks as It was likely that the tenants would have lost or broken the keys eventually.

Great lock
We love this lock, my husband said it was easy to put on, and it works great! We like it so much we bought a second one for the sliding glass door in our bedroom!

Sturdy and as advertised
Easy to install, came as advertised. Sturdy product, looks good. The plastic insert that came with it is a little warped but has smoothed out with use. Secures the door extremely well. Very happy.
