Works Well Shoring Up Sagging Plaster Ceilings
Nice and thin enough to skim over, but strong enough to hold and even pull a sagging ceiling up when used as a team on your rafters. The washers will cup and bend/flex when torqued down. Simply take your hammer and tap them flush. Knife over with your Hot Mud and she is then ready for the Final Skim Plaster. Good price and delivered to my door. Yeah buddy!

They did okay
They do the job but they aren't shaped quite right. They aren't flat and they flare outward. They really stick out from the ceiling which means I have to add a lot of material to cover them. Maybe it will help with grabbing but my plaster was falling off already so I was hoping to add minimal material to fix it.

meets discription
Couldn't have asked for more at that price. Fits #8 screw with ease and #9 with some persuasion

Money saver.
Used these instead of fender washers to secure hardware cloth to our chicken coop. Very sturdy and secure.

Thinner then plaster washers I bought elsewhere
Product was cheaper then other places but also much thinner then others.

Look good but....
just not happy with the depth of them. Would require way to much mud to blend them in, returned them and bought the good English made ones. If you dont mind extra mud work, these are the cats meow and will work perfectly for you!

Great for shoring up lathe and plaster - just what its designed to do
These are outrageously expensive from the big box stores. If you have some plaster fixes to make, don't underestimate how many of these you will go through and buy larger than you think you will need, you don't want to have to buy them again. These are not as 'pretty' as the ones I get from the local retailer but they will be covered with mud and hence, a prettier chrome finish isn't critical to the function. These look and work identically to the others I've used and work like a champ. Don't forget to get drywall screws and generally long and thin screws will work better than short/thick screws because you may need the length to help grip the lathe and thinner screws are less likely to split your lathe underneath. Good luck
