This works great!
This is my first product review ever but this is such a good styling cream I wanted to leave a review for others. I am a natural blonde and I do my own subtle highlights. This is a great cream to neutralize any brassiness but the biggest benefit I've noticed is that on my fine hair it creates volume galore. It's not sticky or heavy either.

Good lightweight toning creme
I have only used toning shampoos in the past, but I was excited to find a toning styling creme. This creme is lightweight and has a nice and pleasant scent. I only need a small amount and I apply it to my hair before putting in my regular products and it doesn't weigh my hair down at all or leave any sort of residue. I notice that my hair looks brighter and less brassy after using this for a few weeks. I didn't find that it did much for moisturizing my hair or controlling frizz, but it does a good job at toning. Overall, this is a good option for a lightweight toner if you are looking for an alternative to purple shampoo.

Transforms Blonde/Grey into Salon Level Color
8.21.22~ Best leave-in toner I've ever used.Last time I colored grey roots & temples, color didn't lift. While it's not grey, doesn't match my Level 8 beige blonde.'R+Co' Sunset Blvd' makes my Blonde Even & better than Salon color. My temples are this gorgeous Highlighted blonde. My part seamlessly blends into my crown in a Cool Blonde.Even my lifted ends have softened. No longer almost white. As to styler, it's more a lightweight leave-in than taming product.Letting my curls air dry it was adequate but still needed finish to control frizz. As a blow out on my 2B wavy curly, humidity prone hair, Ooh did it Poof. For toning & style control, prefer Redken mousse.Lets my curls air dry scrunched. Tames blow out for all day definition. However, as good as 'Redken' purple toner is, 'R+Co' is 1000 times better.R+Co is Worthy of 5 stars & it's price point.Yes~ you'll still need product over it depending on hair type /weather.But The Color? Oh the color. Will make you fall in love with your Blonde/Grey again.

Doesn’t work as well as purple shampoo
This stuff is okay. It’s not my favorite hair product though and I don’t see myself buying this product in the future. It smells great and it smooths my hair nicely. I would like it more if it also had a heat protectant in it. There’s a lot of all in one products on the market now and it’s much more convenient to only have to use one hair product before styling. This will tone your hair slightly after a few uses but not as quickly or noticeably as a good purple shampoo.

Not the best, not the worst
I have a ton of different toning products, most of them being sprays or product to wash out in the shower but I only have one other toning styling cream aside from this one and though this one’s good, I think I still prefer the other one. I think the one thing that I don’t really like about the styling cream is the scent.. it’s not that it’s bad it’s just not good and I prefer my hair products to smell nice. Aside from that it does pretty well to style the hair, it doesn’t leave your hair crunchy or feeling like waxy or anything. I do still use it from time to time though it’s not my go to but I’m not sure if I will be repurchasing just yet. It’s certainly worth a try if you’re considering!

not impressed
I love this company, but I'm not impressed with this particular product simply because it did not seem to work... I have several inches on the bottom of my hair that I feel like could have benefitted from this, but it simply did not do anything. I'm surprised and it left me wondering if I've been duped into thinking it is not a real R+Co product.

Nice refresher for in between coloring
I have really long hair that I bleach and tone. I was looking for something a little stronger than purple shampoo in between hair appointments. This definitely is!It’s not as harsh on your hair as a regular toner, so I’m able to spritz my hair daily with this. I spray it in my hands in the shower after I conditioned my hair. It’s a nice refresher in between coloring, and it looks like it smooths and shines my hair as well. The best part is this smells good and it’s super lightweight, so I don’t feel like I have a ton of product on hair. Would totally recommend!

Fine as a styling creme
My hair is a natural level 7.5, raised to 8 and warmed from cool to neutral. I use several R+Co products and really love how they make my hair look, without dulling my hair. I was hoping this would help restore shine and maintain brightness after my stylist visits. I think it may be more intended for those whose hair has more dramatic color change than mine, since I don't really see any effect at all. It's not too heavy, though, and works fine in a very small amount for my fine hair. The fragrance is inoffensive (and I'm sensitive to fragrance), and fades pretty quickly - no "oh my gosh, I'm so tired of smelling my hair products" like some styling products. Overall, it's a fine styling creme, but not as good a choice as others for me.
