My feet haven't felt this good in years and, this is after the first use. I would recommend these to anyone who has trouble with their feet like me.

Won’t stay on in bed!
They’re only good while sitting up. If you wear them to bed, they come off.

They are advertised as a pair, but only one heel protector is sent.
I bought these because it said a pair but when it arrived, there is only ONE shofsheep sheepskin heel protector in the box. Not a pair of them which is what I needed as I needed them for both of my husband's feet. That was very disappointing as well as false advertising. They are very soft and fit well but I had to buy it twice to get 2 protectors.

Very soft and machine washable
I also had to put an extra strap on these for my partner to wear in bed. Other than that, these are great and alleviated the redness and tenderness that he was developing on the back edge of his heels...he's a cancer patient who spends a lot of time in bed. I would order these again if needed

no proper strap
if it had a better strap it might actually stay on my feet. Very inefficient strap, there is no way to tie this foot boot so that it remains in place all night. The Velcro strap just does not hold the boot on the foot.

Cheap thread!
The tread holding the velcro onto the skin got ripped off after the 3rd night. Have tp stitch them now. Too bad but I guess that's way they're so cheap!

Not a representation of product received
The product received is a flat piece of sheep skin with 2 velcro straps, not the shaped heel cover it the picture with 1 elastic strap. The straps are hard and not forgiving to the skin.
