My bicep tendonitis is aggravated mainly by my sleep position but the pain continues throughout the day. It's not recommended that you wear a bicep compression sleeve while you're sleeping but this helps with the pain during the day. Seems well-made and was easy to fit onto my arm.

I have a tenis shoulder and this brace is helpful. It is not a altimate solution, but it helps during the game.

This has helped my torn bicep but sadly I cannot wear it even over a shirt because I break out in redness, and extreme itching. I've washed the brace but even after that and over a shirt, it still happens. I am unsure why.
