Great product. Doesn’t cause digestive issues, even with the higher doses migraine sufferers need. I run, too, and there is magnesium in my hydration packs. Still no problems. Working great with my migraine preventative. Highly recommend.

With a lot of these supplements, it’s really hard to tell if they actually do anything or if it’s too subtle to notice. After all, start with your diet and then supplement. If your diet sucks it won’t make a difference. However, I want to fully endorse this magnesium. I’ve taken every type of magnesium under the sun (citrate, glycinate, biglycinate, l threonate, malate, oxide, chloride). Their magnesium l threonate was good but left me groggy in the morning after. The sleep was great, but the brain fog was still massively present. This magnesium l threonate “pro” that includes the additional form of magnesium - magnesium acetyl taurinate makes a HUGE difference. I sleep well and stay asleep. I wake up energized. Been taking it for a few days and definitely notice the difference - all other variables (diet, exercise, sleep schedule) remaining constant. This stuff is the real deal and works very well for me. Will provide an update if anything changes.

Game changer. 40 yo male, fairly healthy diet etc but drink a lot of coffee and kratom for last 6 years. Was having some issues that I could not pinpoint and read about magnesium. I took 3 capsules a day for the last 4 days. Never slept better in my life, after 2 night my muscles weren’t locked up and joints weren’t aching, no more heartburn, no more constipation and my stomach is actually working , feel less stressed. If only drs did a simple nutrient test for everyone initially than we would be a lot healthier individuals but big pharma would make as much money…..

I had used another brand before that I wasn't too thrilled with, so did a lot of research and decided on this one! It is definitely a better product and free of fillers!!! I feel it has been helping memory and mood as well as relaxation.

I have been taking Magtein for about five weeks now and started noticing a difference after two weeks. I am able to sleep better, and my memory has improved. I only take one in the morning and one in the evening because I do not want to miss an emergency call as a paramedic. I highly recommend Magtein!

I just dont think these really did anything for me. Maybe you have to take them for a few months to see if they work but after a month i just dont really see any change
