Solid construction, fit perfectly on the 2" pipe I bought it for. So far, no leaks. Doing exactly what I was hoping it would do. I used it to make it easier to disconnect and clean a piece of drain pipe for my kitchen sink that frequently gets clogged. Now I can quickly remove the section and clean it without any cutting/gluing of new pipe. This will definitely save me time and a few headaches!

Quality part and arrived on time. I was getting tired of replacing my backflow prevention valve on my landscaping sprinkler system at about $100 or more dollars every year because it would freeze and break over the winter each year. Now I can just remove the whole valve assembly and store it in the garage each year. These are typical PVC glue on style fittings. They are made of the heavier gauge material you would find being used on 1-inch indoor plumbing but still fit perfectly on the flimsier 1-inch PVC piping found in exterior landscaping sprinkler system use. Arrived quickly and where significantly cheaper than what was available at the local home improvement box stores and hardware stores.

Seals work well, no leaks.

I used Lithium Dielectric grease on either side of a PTFE tape wrap for the threads, and grease on the O-ring and sliding surfaces. It seals well for a vibrating high pressure 1.5” irrigation output and high-head vacuum input, and allows easy and cheap future replacement, rather than contractors glueing everything together. Its more solid if you make sure the piping length is accurate and straight. The design could be better if it added bevel and alignment fit for straight and strong coupling, as well as a secondary O-ring pressure seal on another axis, accounting for potential cocking and misalignment. Its a little bulky and allows rotating the connected piping at will when near snug.
