Energizer Ultimate Lithium AAA Batteries (8 Pack), Lithium Triple A Batteries

These are NOT rechargeable, but have a very long shelf life and, per the manufacturer and in my experience, will never leak and damage the product it is used in (Great for infrequently used devices). Further, their chemistry handles cold weather use FAR, FAR better than alkaline batteries (outdoor weather sensors, add-on car back-up cameras, etc.). They have a MUCH flatter voltage discharge curve (Meaning they hold their rated output voltage until the battery is nearly fully exhausted, rather than slowly sagging like alkaline batteries -- great for an emergency flashlight you keep in your car because the light will not dim over the battery's useful life, won't be loose voltage in the winter and won't leak and rut out the flashlight internals when they die). They DO cost more than alkalines, so you have to use your own judgement as to which applications they make sense. Energizer lithium batteries have been rated as the best batteries made today. Not cheap batteries by a long run. They have a battery shelf life of 20 years, just setting up in the package.

I started putting the date on the new batteries when I put them in the remote control (to my T.V.) so I know how long they actually last. Normal batteries lasted 6-7 weeks. It seems like I was always changing batteries. The lithium batteries lasted a bit over 4 months (17 weeks) with a remote control that gets constant use, changing channels and scrolling up and down continuously, all day long. These do last 2 to 3 times longer just like they advertise. The Lithium Batteries do cost more, but the cost averages out since you do not have to change them nearly as often. It is worse it to use these in the appliances that you use the most.

AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED LITHIUM BATTERIES ARE THE ONLY WAY TO GO, FOR A NUMBER OF REASONS I WONT GET INTO...... MY BIGGEST PROBLEM WITH THEM IS PURELY COST, FOR ME THEY ARE JUST OVER PRICED,,, YOU BUY A DEVICE THAY YOU KNOW YOU WILL HAVE TO PUT THEM IN, SUCH AS A TRAIL CAMERA, THATS 8 BATTERIES,,,,, THATS PUSHIN 50$$$ WORTH OF BATTERIES THAT YOU HAVE TO FIGURE IN TO THE COST OF THE TRAIL CAM,,, AND IT A 50$ COST YOUR GONNA HAVE TO PAY OVER AND OVER LIKE TAXES,,, AND THAT ADDS UP BEFORE LONG YOUVE GOT AS MUCH COST ROLLED UP IN BATTERIES THAN THE FAIRLY EXSPENSIVE GAME CAM YOU PURCHASED TO BEGIN WITH,,,, ITS FINE FOR A WALL CLOCK OR A REMOTE BUT,,,,,, STILL PRICEYYYYYYYY

I've switched over to these lithium batteries exclusively. I got fed up with devices getting destroyed by leaking alkaline batteries (Duracell, Rayovac, Energizer -- they all will leak eventually).These lithiums will last somewhat longer than an alkaline battery and are much happier to work out in deep cold.I've been using them for years in small electronic devices and I've NEVER seen one of these leak anything.

I bought these to use in my Xero! bow sight. I had used other LI batteries and they did not last, so I bought a set of these and I am a believer, they last way longer than the other Li batteries I purchased. They are very expensive but worth it just for peace of mind.
