Shower Head,Tyzmavera 9 Inch Luxury Rain Shower Head - Indoor And Outdoor Modern Bath Rainfall Showerhead - Classic Black

I bought this showerhead to replace my cheap $7 one from Walmart. Because most homes and apartments have a hang down shower, I purchased a KERS shower arm so it would point straight down. It gets the job done for $16

The hose itself appears to be very high quality, and is more flexible and kink-resistant than the cheaper hose it replaced. One end of the hose has a nice swivel / rotary joint, so you can rotate your shower sprayer head (not included) freely.But mine leaks profusely from the junction between the hose and the male threaded fitting, on the order of one gallon per hour. There is nothing to tighten here, it appears to be a defect or design flaw. This in service with potable water at 30 PSI. My shower setup has a valve on the sprayer handle, not on the wall, so I can't use this hose because it would leak water all the time. Wish I had found this out before the return window expired!Update (2021): I was able to replace the seal in the hose fitting so it stopped leaking. Wish it had worked out of the box though.

Please look elsewhere for a shower head!
