Well I received the sanding belts and outfitted my 1"x30" and my 2"x42" pedestal belt sander with the belts. They were everything I was hoping for. Very even material removal due to the meticulous abrasive adhesion to the belt. They cut clean consistently and evenly. I used them on very old white and red oak burl 316 stainless as well as 440 stainless. Hardened tool steel and tungsten. I threw a couple rock at them as well just to see what would happen if they had to sand jade or crystal. Even wet one down to run a piece of glass across it and I was happy to see after all that there was still life left on the abrasive. I have a stock pile of old mostly warn (30% or less) belts from only 10 or 20 minutes of use. I am happy to finally have a go to belt that can last more then a day for me. My only issue is that I have been having a hard time finding all the grit variations I would like for my different machines. Great product and definitely recommend it.

I bought a belt package that consisted of grits from 180 to 600. I am somewhat disappointed that the belts worked very well at the start of the job, but they quickly loaded up. Also, they didn’t clean well with the rubber cleanup bar, which causes them to be unusable after a few minutes. I use a Palmgren Bench Grinder. It may run too fast to use these finer grit belts.

Works great on my new 2x42 grinder. Belts seem to be very durable.

I have three different size belt grinders and use these belts for all my work doing stock removal. Less expensive than ceramic and last nearly as long for me. Great company to do business with.

So far great belt life, the 120 grit bounces a little to much.
